By accessing, browsing or using this site, or by submitting information through its forms, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.<\/p>\n

2. Informational nature of the site<\/h3>\n

The content of this site (texts, images, renderings, isometric drawings, floor plans, videos, measurements, descriptions of amenities and availability of residences) is provided solely for informational and commercial promotion purposes. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer of sale, a promise of sale, a reservation or a contract.<\/strong> The terms of any transaction are established only in the instruments the parties sign in writing before a notary public.<\/p>\n

Tours are subject to availability and may be rescheduled or cancelled for operational reasons.<\/p>\n

5. Foreign buyers<\/h3>\n

The information on this site about the fideicomiso, the restricted zone, closing costs, taxes and notarial processes is general guidance only. It does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice.
