Isaac J. Urquijo

Isaac Jorge Urquijo is a Mazatleco real estate developer and founder of Flor del Pacífico. His roots in the city run deep — the Urquijo family has been part of Mazatlán's history for more than 150 years, a legacy that shapes the way he approaches every project.

He led the restoration and development of Villa Vicario and is now behind Casa Alemana 1848 in the Historic Center and Malia 55+ Active Living, Mazatlán's first residential community designed for active adults, in Marina Mazatlán. His work also extends into hospitality projects along the coast and in the Historic Center.

Beyond real estate, Isaac serves as Brand Director of Venados de Mazatlán, where he has helped reposition one of Mexico’s most storied baseball franchises.

His vision is to help position Mazatlán as an international destination through projects that bring together heritage, thoughtful design and long-term value.
