Places matter.
Legacy matters.
Doing things right, matters.
Not just strategy, but soul.
Where others saw abandonment, we saw destiny.
On the most emblematic corner of Mazatlán's Historic Center, there once stood a building that time had left silent. We chose to listen to its memory and give it back its voice.
History and Legacy
In a forgotten building, inhabited only by time, the vision that gave rise to Pacific Flower: making spaces with soul.
In this way, we rescue a part of Mazatlán's memory and transform it into living history.
Villa Vicario is proof that dreams, when worked on, come true; what was once silent, now breathes life, art, and community.
Stone by stone, we mark an era and leave a legacy.
Colorful houses, an identity that endures.
Villa Vicario occupies the most photographed corner of Mazatlán's Historic Center — a postcard address alive since the 1830s, steps from Plazuela Machado and Teatro Ángela Peralta.
Inside: 27 completely contemporary homes with every modern comfort.
Outside: a neighborhood that no developer can replicate, because there is only one. Developed by Flor del Pacífico, Mazatlán's leading heritage real estate developer

Would recommend.
Villa Vicario marks the first completed project by Flor del Pacífico (2023-2025) — proof that when a developer builds with conviction, buyers respond. Every one of the 27 residences found an owner who believed in the vision. Today, Villa Vicario is a living community in the heart of Mazatlán's Historic Center. This is the standard we carry into every project we build.
